I signed a contract the end of Feb to have this car delivered. All I got was promises that they were picking it up. They never showed up. By the beginning of April, I told them I had found someone else to transport this vehicle. I received an email stating I would get a refund of the full amount I had paid to them. They have never sent the refund check (although they cashed my check as soon as they got it). I have since complained to the Better Business Bureau but have not received any action there either! Why does the State of California permit these people to pretend they are doing a ligitimate business? A ligitimate busines would make a refund when they can't provide the service they had contracted. I would never do business with this company again. They do not answer their phone calls from me and I don't think they ever intended to delivery this vehicle! There is NO WAY this company deserves a rating of more than POOR!
